920 North Wells is the first residential rental high-rise at North Union, JDL’s new mixed-use community. Span created all materials for the property, from the brand to the leasing website to the construction barricade. The building’s clean lines make it the logical choice for the thinnest numerals within North Union’s brand palette, which serve nicely as the foundation for different numeral sets designated for properties to be built in future phases.
Cropped letterforms create unique patterns inspired by designer Alexander Girard. Each pattern block complements the project, presented within the same square grid as all properties within the North Union community. Crisp and modern, the design becomes a reflection of the architecture and the experience within the building.
920 North Wells is the first building in the first phase of the North Union development.
