868 North Wells is the second residential rental high-rise at North Union, JDL’s new mixed-use community. Span created all materials for the property, from the brand to the leasing website to the construction barricade. 868's offset grid informed the choice of the modern and crisp double-line numerals within North Union’s brand palette.
Weaving lines create unique patterns inspired by designer Anni Albers. Each pattern block complements the project, presented within the same square grid as all properties within the North Union community. Crisp and modern, the design becomes a reflection of the architecture and the experience within the building.
