Span worked with LMC to bring the Triangle Square name to the location's apartment offering. Working with the project team, we developed a simple graphic pattern and typographic system. The visual identity extends throughout all the marketing materials and is integrated in the building's signage with a custom wayfinding system, 60' mural, and monument signage.
Triangle Square Apartments is part of a larger planned development that includes Triangle Square Condos and a two-story retail building. The project occupies a formerly vacant site in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood, bounded by Webster Avenue on the north, Elston Avenue on the west, and the Union Pacific train tracks to the east.
