One Oak Brook Commons offers the luxury rental lifestyle in the heart of Oak Brook, an affluent suburb just west of Chicago. Span was invited to create a distinctive visual identity as part of Hines’s larger Oak Brook Commons mixed use development.
Oak Brook’s historic presence as a Midwestern hub for competitive international polo inspired a collection of brand images around the kinetics and style of the sport that are balanced by crisp and custom lettering.
Original lifestyle and neighborhood photography were also commissioned from Kathleen Hinkel to highlight local sights.
For over 100 years, Oak Brook has been an important destination for world-class sport. One OBC celebrates this rich history through vignettes of the sport.
