Supera Asset Management is a third-generation, family-owned real estate and investment company that owns and manages vintage apartments in Chicago's most desirable neighborhoods. The company's focus is on nurturing relationships with honesty, fairness, respect, creativity, and a generosity of spirit. Supera also values uplifting communities with creative experiences and supports local Chicago arts. The company's giving meaningfully impacts homelessness, hunger, social services, and social-justice initiatives.
Supera Asset Management approached Span to create a new brand strategy and identity system that would connect with their target audience - younger millennials aged 25 to 34, who are experiencing their first years of independent living in Chicago. Supera's challenge was to create a unique brand identity that would appeal to this demographic, highlighting their vintage apartments, modern amenities, and the professional superintendents who live on-site, 24/7.
Span worked with Supera to establish a new brand strategy that revolved around the theme "Lead from the Heart." The essence of the brand is to create meaningful moments of connection that say we appreciate you, we care about you. Supera's unique advantage is their professional superintendents who go above and beyond to care for their buildings and residents, providing a welcoming sense of comfort and security. The new brand strategy highlights Supera's commitment to doing right daily by their residents, employees, partners, and communities, nurturing relationships with honesty, fairness, respect, creativity, and a generosity of spirit.
Span designed a complete new graphic identity system that included a logo, website, marketing collateral, advertising campaign, building signage, and uniforms. The new logo is simple, modern, and memorable. The website is user-friendly and consolidated all of Supera's listings into a single location on supera.com, making it easier for potential renters to choose from all the buildings that Supera owns.
