In addition to high-end luxury rental offerings, One Chicago offers 77 exclusive condominium residences with spectacular views of Chicago’s city and lake. Span created this bespoke sales piece featuring a clamshell box and four custom brochures to highlight the unique amenity offerings, building renderings, and floorplans for each residence.
As luxurious as the residences themselves, the print production and packaging highlight multiple processes including pearlized paper, blind deboss, foil stamping, and engraving. Typeset in Domaine by Klim Type Foundry.
