Span was engaged for the naming and branding of a sushi restaurant in Florida. Bud Rodecker and Suzie Shin took the concept of affordable omakase and sought a name that would honor Japanese tradition with an American twist. Goodhand Sushi highlights the expertise of the chef in crafting an excellent course and customer experience. A custom hand-written logo accompanies illustrations of seafood and a master's hands making sushi.
