A visual identity for this modern luxury apartment highrise in the Uptown neighborhood. The branding uses a torn edge in reference to Uptown's layers of urban grit, juxtaposed with classic Chicago modernist typography and a somewhat obvious nod in the logotype — all gestures inspired by design legend John Massey.
