Span worked with Belgravia to name and brand Atavia, a luxury condominium project. The name, drawn from the Latin word for "female ancestor," echoes Belgravia and ties the property to its developer.
We created a clean, elegant visual identity. The main logo balances the bold diagonals of the "A" with the straight lines of the "T" and "I," forming a strong, memorable mark. A triangular secondary logo extends the identity, working as both an alternate mark and a flexible pattern.
Across all marketing, the identity stays simple and refined, letting the beauty of the property take center stage.
