Fulton East is Chicago’s first post-COVID office building, designed using the principles of biophilic design combined with leading-edge technology. A modern glass sculpture rising above a historical neighborhood, a reflective beacon to innovation–sited in the most desirable eastern blocks of Chicago’s exploding hub of creativity.

Span worked with Bob Wislow and Parkside Realty to develop the naming and branding for Fulton East. In a market saturated with sameness, Fulton East stands out with an expressive voice designed to catch attention.
