333 Water Street is a luxury rental offering from Hines featuring high-end amenities and outstanding city views in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward.
Span created a unique brand presence that celebrates its context. Late 1800s typefaces from the Wisconsin’s Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum connect the brand back to the visual language of the neighborhood’s industrial past. The visual identity is carried through all aspects of the brand from signage to digital to the interactive experience, with an elegant color palette that coordinates with the interior design. Neighborhood photography by Kathleen Hinkel captures the magic of Milwaukee’s most dynamic neighborhood.
