Duet Apartments is a pair of elegantly designed buildings developed by BlitzLake Partners. Located on Lincoln Avenue and Montana in Chicago, Duet offers the highest apartment finishes at a neighborhood scale. Rick Valicenti, Bud Rodecker, and Suzie Shin developed a bold graphic program that is designed to grab attention on the street. Unlike any other real estate branding on the street, the Duet barricade goes for indelible name recognition.
